disgusting service

I am extremely disappointed in the service we have received from this establishment. We had our shocks tested and we were told that the shocks have no life left. I have gone to mazda and asked that they get replaced under warranty as this is premature wear, however they are requesting a calibration certificate as mazda warranty rejected the claim. In order to fight mazda south Africa to approve claim, they need the certificate. We have been requesting the calibration certificate for the Gabriel machine used to test the shocks since before the festive season with no luck. Devan from the establishment in empangeni has pretty much refused to help us. I contacted tiger wheel and tyre (their sister company ) and they also do not seem to want to assist. I am at my wits end with this situation as I am a client requesting a piece of documentation and no one will assist me. I am utterly shocked at the lack of interest both parties have had in this matter.
