Sales Rep claiming to be owner

<p>Went to Tyres 2000 in Lowergermiston road to complain about the pathetic service we received from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Asked to speak to the owner or General Manager, and spoke to a Mike Belamy who claimed to be the owner, after telling him the whole storie he turns around and tels me that he cannot beleive it and that his staff will never handle a client like that. Then confirming the story only to find out im not lying, askes me to leave as he, and i quote, "cannot deal with pathetic people that dont know how business works"</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i found out that he is just a sales rep, not the owner as claimed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done Tyres 2000, i will definitly make a point of it to tell everyone that the Sales Reps at your company are the owners and run it into the ground.</p>
