Rude ****mers

On 27/05/2025, I went to this place to have my car’s wheel alignment done and was assisted by the Manager Chris .

He was very unfriendly and told me he couldn’t assist because the boss’s car was in the spot, and I should come back during the week.

I returned later that week, where he quickly did the job and told me everything was done.

Just two days later, the car started pulling to one side again. I called him to explain, but he insisted it was not the alignment and that I needed to have the car checked.

I called again, and this time he got rude, telling me to bring the car back. When I arrived, he made me wait for over an hour before assisting me.

While I was waiting, the boss’s friend was also at the shop and told one of the staff to help me since I had been waiting too long. He also mentioned that this manager is always like this and even questioned why he was still employed there.

A week later, the car began pulling to the side again. I called once more, and he again said it was not their problem.

I then went to a different wheel alignment center, where I was told that the alignment had not been done at all. They even showed me that my brand-new passenger-side tyre (purchased just a week before I went to them) was already worn on the inside due to the incorrect alignment. To fix the issue, I now need a new tyre before they can do the alignment properly.

Don’t ever go to them.
