Tyremart Lenasia awful service

Avoid the Tyremart in Lenasia, guys.

My brother recently installed 4 new tires on his BMW M2. The invoice stated 4 new Pilot Sport 4s, but the car actually had 2 Pilot Sport 4s at the back and 2 Super Sports up front. I am aware that those tires were already on the vehicle; however, they should have charged us appropriately.

I ordered a Goodyear Eagle f1 92y today (09/03/23) over the phone. I was given the assurance that they had stock and instructed to come pick it up 10 minutes after the call. After paying I collected the invoice and examined the contents of my bakkie and to my surprise I found an eagle f1 89y loaded on my bakkie

Basically they charged us for tyres that are more expensive than the ones received.
