I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received from your Centurion West branch recently.

I ordered two tires at the beginning of the week and was informed they would arrive by Wednesday or Thursday midday. When I called on Wednesday for an update, I was told the tires were on the way from Limpopo. On Thursday, I waited the entire day without any communication from your team. Assuming the tires had arrived, I took time off work and drove to your branch, only to find out that there was no update.

Throughout this process, there has been a significant lack of communication from your team. Despite making full payment on Thursday, it is now Friday and I still have no resolution or clarity on when my tires will arrive.

This experience has been highly frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the time and money spent. I urge you to review your communication and delivery procedures to prevent this from happening to other customers.
