TyreMart Centurion West Bad Customer Service

I purchased 4 Tyres for my Chevy Sonic, did Wheel Alignment, and Wheel Alignment Modify Front and Wheel Alignment Rear. For all that I paied R4255.00

The same afternoon, I went back to the same TyreMard Dealer (Centurion West), I told them about the Wheel Alignment , and that my car was pulling to the right when driving straight. They had it checked and did some work on the car (Wheel Alignment), again.

Same day Tuesday 31 July 2018, late afternoon, on my way home, I noticed that the car was now puling to the left. I called TyreMart, and told the the problem , (Car Pulling to the Left this time). They told me to bring the car for the 2nd time.

I told them that I was on my way to Rustenburg, and I can only make time Thursdaym 02 July 2018.

And Yesterday I went to the same TyreMard dealer, they worked on the Wheel Alignment for the 3rd time now. And when I was on my way home, from Pretoria to Rustenburg, still my car is pulling to the left when driving straight.

I'm not happy with the service they've given me! And I want refund from TyreMart!

Because I can't afford to goto them anymore, driving from Rustenurg every now and then, for a simple Wheel Alignment, that always goes wrong! I can't afford any more trips to Pretoeia! Because I'm wasting my time and petrol with something that can't be solved!

I just want my refund so I can go and do a proper Wheel Alignment somewhere else.

I've done Wheel Alignment with other dealers, and I've never came across such issues!
