Tyremart

I was convinced to purchase davanti tyres because they come with one year guarantee. Included in this guarantee is the replacement of any tyre with irreparable road hazard damage resulting from normal road use. One of the davanti tyres I purchased was damaged by a pothole in July or August 2023 and I immediately lodged a claim for the replacement of the damaged tyre. To date the tyre have not been replaced. Everytime I check with tyremart I am told my claim is still pending. They don't even tell me the reason why it is still pending. I am the one who constantly make follow ups with them and they only seem to follow up on my claim when I am there.
