TERRIBLE SERVICE AT ITS BEST ??

I took my car in to replace 4 tyres yesterday,i was excited to have new tyres untill i had to drive home,the technician that did the wheel alignment did a terrible job.When the steering wheel is straight the car goes to the right,i got home late with a painful arm because i had to fight my steering wheel to get the car straight.

When i took it in, i explained my problem to the sales guy by the name Hugo,no sorry for the inconvenience they have caused me nothing,all he did was to lay out his hand for the car keys. I had to seat there for a whole 1 hour for them to fix their mistakes but still when he brought the keys to me no sorry ,all he said was all good, that's it as if there was nothing wrong.I will not refer any of my friends and families to Tyremart never,I will not make that mistake of going to Tyremart ever again.This happened at the Tyremart in Pretoria Silverlakes no respect for customers at all..
