Terrible service

Went to Tyre mart in Roodepoort we got there at 10 am. Only got service at 10:45am , wanted to do full exhaust system they said they couldn't do it cause they close at 1 , so they o my did the back box with tail piece and did the most shocking job. The tail piece is sticking out so much and pointing to the floor and sorting against the rear bumper, and that's after my husband complained about . When we complained to the manager all he said was sorry. Still paid the full amount . We have been going there for years and now it's come to an end.
