Shortchanged

Bought a new battery. It's been Olmos two weeks and still my R300 for my s**** battery has not been paid to me. Send numerous mails and have been to the store. No refund yet. I told the sales lady , that I'm not going to wait and want my.money and I was assist would be paid. To date....no payment received.
