Severe & Dangerous Negligence

I went to Tyremart Sandton on 27.02.2018. I had my two front tyres replaced and wheel balancing and alignment checked.

By the time I got home (less than 10km away) my car was shaking and making a really loud noise. My boyfriend checked my wheels to find that the front left wheel's nuts had not been tightened and were on the verge of coming off completely.

Utter negligence which could have resulted in me having a severe car accident.
