Poor service

I had my tyres changed about 3 months ago at the Hillcrest branch. My one tryre was damaged and the other one still in good condition. I was going to use it as my spare wheel. When I got home I realized that the tyre was not there and they did not mention they were going to get rid of them. I requested my boyfriend to go there the next day to get my tyre for me. He spoke to Shaun who advised that they got rid of tyres but was going to arrange one for me. I am frustrated should anything happen to my current tyres I wont have a spare wheel and I am always traveling with my two year old son. Where is justice in all this. I have to keep checking on this every other two week and they promise to get back to me but nobody ever does. I would like to know if all clients are treated like this or only certain individuals are undermined. Is our Business not good enough for Tyremart Hillcrest?
