Pathetic workmanship

I am extremely disappointed and at the same time livid with utterley poor workmanship we received at the your Paarl Branch on Saturday 30th March. We stopped at your branch to have the front brakes of our Toyota quantum fitted as we had a long distance trip from Cape Town to George, only find on our way to George that the bolt had not been tightened correctly. We were well out of Cape Town already to be exact we had stopped along the road in Ashton only to find the bolt had fallen out. What made me even more livid other than the fact that I had paid R350.00 to have a job done professionally was the predicament we were placed in as none of the up country Halfway Toyota branches operates on a weekend and the can only be purchased at Toyota. To add insult to it I had e-mailed the branch immediately to notify them of what had happend and to date no one has had the decency to respond to any of my e-mails, I have also sent pictures via e-mail. I'm horrified that my clients had to experience what had happend as we were on route, Transporting them to the destination they had paid us for, expecting us to get them there in well maintained safe means of transportation. Not only is your workmanship ***********, it put endanger the lives of our clients as well as other road users. I would not recommend anyone to your branch at all as road safety is a major concern as I am in the transport industry. Paying for a job and having to fork out extra cost to replace a part which to start was perfectly fineand having to profusely apologize to clients because of an incident caused by another organization who doesn't give a damn.
