Nuts not *****ed on the wheel

<p> I took my car to Tyremart on Hendrik potgieter road. I had 2 back wheels changed on my car and wheel balancing and wheel alignment done on all the tyres. After the work had been done I went home to fairlands and parked the car in my garage. The following day as i was driving i heard a shuddering sound in the front of the car. I didnt know what this was. so i took the car to kwikfit. They wanted to do redo the wheel balancing when they saw that the front left tyre had 3 nuts missing. Kwikfit told me they hadnt tighten the nuts and this the only way anything like this would happen. Then i went to the manager of tyrmart. The manager was convinced that his staff did nothing wrong and there was procedure to stop this kind of mistakes. If a mistake was done this must be admitted and staff must be retrained so that this kind of thing does not happen again.I could have had a major car accident with the loose nuts. All he could offer me was the denial of the mistake and to cover half the cost of the nuts which is really cheap. R230 for the nuts is peanuts for me. So i didnt even bother with returning to Tyrmart. I wouldnt reccomend this tyre shop to anyone</p>
