ill treatment at Tyremart Parklands

**************, favoritism & ******. That's the service I got in exchange for wanting to weld my exhaust together - a 10min job. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're a black person.The ill treatment I got from Tyremart Parklands is just appalling. I went in to fix my exhaust and there was a car that had arrived before me, so I was told it'll take 30min and I'll go next & I had no problem with that. When the car was done and I was about to take in my car I was shouted at "no! no! You're not next!" In the most unprofessional and rude way. As I was confused I got out of the car to ask what's happening, the entire squad from Tyremart approached me telling me I'm not next, all pale males and all the black employees just knew what's coming because they all stood afar,all quiet, although everyone knew I was next. The white male who was now "next" in line, also stood and watched as he waited. One member of the squad even took the keys attempted to run me over as I was standing in the way and I was reminded that "there's no ************** here I'm just not next". It was a traumatic experience to say the least. All because they didn't see me as an important customer and I guess because my business is not valued.

It would have been better if I was told earlier that there was a client coming and the manner of professionalism would have made a difference. The situation was poorly managed and for that reason, I wouldn't recommend them nor will I be supporting their business.
