Goodyear Tyres Tearing

my name is Lezan and I had bought 4 brand new Goodyear tyres which were put on at Tyremart Milnerton in the year 2015 with their womans month special. I reside and work in Atlantis so for me to buy tyres I would reckon that the tyres should last for 5 years + average. Normally my husband would check my car for me before I need to take trips out of Atlantis knowing that our kids are always with me. He had checked my tyres on Saturday morning and notified me that all 4 my tyres had tears on the inside of the tyres. I was completely beside myself because I hardly drive my car outside of Atlantis. These Goodyear tyres are 3 years old so how the heck can all four my tyres have tears on the inside of the tyres unless it is a manufacturing problem?! I had emailed Tyremart and marked my email as urgent which was read with receipt acknowledgementat 11h14 26 November 2018 with NO respond from them as of yet. I am tremendously unhappy as one pays SOOOO much money on your tyres. I offered to send them photos and I am even willing to take the tyres to them for them to assess it as I have had to borrow my cousins spare tyres in the meantime. They have no regard for my circumstances which is very disheartening. Please Tyremart Head office if you can reach out and assist me in this regard.
