Dishonest Business Practise

The Sunninghill branch of TyreMart is very questionable when conducting business. I needed my car battery replaced and was quoted R1695.00 for a new battery. I thought the price was very steep and queried the price. I was told that that as a result of the lockdown, prices and gone up and stocks of batteries were low. After purchasing the battery, to satisfy myself, I followed up on the cost of a new battery elsewhere. I was quoted R1050.00 and R1150.00 respectively. This meant that TyreMart in Sunninghill had **** about the price of the car battery and charged me over R500.00 more for the same battery. This was highly dishonest and does make one wonder where "other" prices at this company are also deliberately inflated. I will never go back to these rogues... even though I still have other car service requirements!!! I DON"T support DISHONESTY!!!
