Blueroute Tyremart

Tyremart Blueroute is the worst. I went to get my front shocks replaced on my polo vivo which they did and i paid R1900, but after they changed it there was grinding noise on my steering wheel. I took it back and now they charged me another R800 for wanting to do the shock mountings! They could have advised me that the shock mountings need to replaced at the same time they replaced the shocks. Both managers just play stupid and run away when you come back for an issue they should have sorted out and then they ask you for more money to something you paid them to do in the first place. I do not recommend these people at all.
