BIDVEST TYRE ANGEL INSURANCE ******

I took out insurance on my tyres for a reason. I hit a pothole and damaged my tyre. I opened a claim in December. I was told to go to Tyremart for a quotation of which I haven’t received so that my claim can be assessed and processed. Bare in mind I’m using my spare wheel for the past 2 months. I can only use my spare wheel for up to 80km. I filled out forms and sent my pics through to Bidvest insurance. I didnt hear back from them.

Yesterday on my way to work my spare wheel burst while I was on the highway, because that means I have driven passed 80km I mean it’s been 2 months of me waiting. Well I’m *****ed at that point because that is my spare. Now at my expense I need to get a tow truck. I call TyreMart in Edenvale and ask them how long does it take for a quotation to be printed out? I mean it’s been two months. They say they will send it to me immediately.

Don’t let them fool you it’s not easy to claim. No ones willing to help but the debit order is always on time.
