Bad Serivce

I went to fit new run flat tyres on my car yesterday ( BMW ), as I was driving home when I get to 100km my car started shaking , and I never had that problem with my car before fitting the tyres, clearly the tyres where not balanced properly. I phoned the branch this morning and I spoke to the manager by the name of Rob I told him what was happening with the car after fitting the tyres and that it could be that the tyres were not balanced properly ,but I was very disappointed with his response, he told me that he doesn't go around checking if his employees are doing the right thing, and he doesn't know why I am phoning him because he cant see the car over the phone. I am really disappointed with the service , it was the first time doing business with tyre mart and I had a bad experience. I wanted to take my second car for tyre fitting next month but after the experienced I am never going to use tyre mart for anything whatsoever. Where is the professionalism, to my understanding , the customer is always right and always comes first. Rob is supposed to be a manager and is supposed to treat me with respect and fairly he failed the company and failed me as a consumer. I WOULD LIKE TH
