5 hours wasted and problem is worse!!!

Took my car to replace front tyres and brake pads all round. Tyres and front pads were ok. After 5 hours of struggle the technicians could not replace the rear brake pads. I spoke to the store owner (Ugan) an told him this was unacceptable. This was followed by him yelling at me telling me to take my car and leave. The store owner suggested to not charge me for the labour for the rear brakes, after 5 hours of not being able to do it anyway!!! <br> <br> When I eventually left the brakes was worse, the brake pedal needs to be pressed real hard before the car brakes. Emergency braking is thus not possible and the car can not be driven. I will have to take the car to AUDI to repair the damages, which will have more costs involved.<br> <br> I have never experienced such poor attitude and service in my life, and for a store owner to yell at a client in front of other customers is completely unacceptable.
