Tyremart witbank

I had already made a payment when they realized that they don't have parts compatible with my car,they refused to refund me and when I insisted on it they then requested a bank statement and ID copy,I mean really???who walks around with that?worst thing is I was passing by witbank and now they expect me to drive from Pretoria just to get shocks,it is absolutely madness .I am so disappointed in how they conduct their business.it was easy to take my money and to give it back is now a moun******he lady was so rude aswell you could see that they are forcing me to come back.I want my money back ,now I am forced to spend money just to drive to witbank .They are ******* .
