Vulnerability against met women in the motor industry

My Niece and Sister had they car taken to Tyremart Thomas Tyres Allen's nek, were by they had more than ones used they service in the past with excellent service,, but on Saturday the 11/03/23 it was a nightmare. Went to replace one burst tyre and ask if they can put the back tyres at the front and the front tyres at the back, for longer uges. Wich was not a problem at the time both my niece and Sister went to wait in the reception. They were ask to leaf the car keys which will be needed to test the tyres on the steering. They did. When they were told the job was done my niece paid and both of them went back to the car wereby it was reversed near to the pillar , my sister had to literally move forward were one of the workers shawed her to come carefully and disappeared. Driving home directley , only when they had park in their garage and my niece was bussy closing the garage door when she turns around and notice how almost flat the back passenger wheel looked. The next day early in the morning the back passenger wheel was completely flat there was also very bad scratches on the car rear end, soon contacting the owner Casper acourding to my niece he was extremely brutal and rude and didn't want to listen to reason and kept insinawaiting that both women was at fualt and completely reacted with brutalized words and atude on the phone, Kasper refused at the end to give the footage via WhatsApp or video change he said he is keeping it for himself, If their was nothing to hide or Evan to edit why keep the video footage and why become so offensive towards my niece on the phone. Tyremart Thomas Tyres Allen's nek was always brilliant now the are aggressive and fulgar towards they client's especially women they take avantage off. Please think twice before going to their branch in Allen's nek.
