No after sales service

Never.Ever.Again.

Sure, they rolled out the red carpet when I entered and they were selling me all of their "wonderful" products ... but once my credit card went through, the party was over.

I didn't receive any after sales support. I believed the salesman when he said the tyres they have in stock are the best. I believed the salesman when he said they can skim the disks and fit brake pads. I had no choice - I had to get back to work and I needed my car for work.

However, very soon after I left the establishment I noticed that things didn't sound like I am used to. But in my 70 years on earth I've changed tyres many times, and I was raised to be polite, so I decided to go back and ask for advice.

Well, this time - as soon as they realised I wasn't going to buy something - I was treated like a piece of dirt that the cat carried in. The attitude was condescending and dismissive, telling me I know nothing, etc. etc. So a month later my problem hasn't been solved and I don't want to be humored again by the same people who couldn't contain their disgust.

This was just my personal experience, YMMV
