Customer service is very poor

I sent my husband to buy 2 Tyres at Tyremart centurion cbd... Which cost me R3249. 98 on Friday morning... Late afternoon we supposed to drive to Limpopo... Before we can leave joburg we got puncher on the left front wheel...we used spare wheel... On saturday I tried to contact them with no luck no one answered the phone.. Sunday and Monday they were not working... Then Wednesday I send my husband to them to see if they can assist with this Tyre as we tried to pach it but at the garage they told us they cannot assist with the damage. They refused to assist and they even said the is nothing they can do for us..we had to buy the new Tyre again for R1334. 29. This is very unfair for me not even a day with the new Tyre. I really need this so be sorted out R1334. 29 it's a lot of money.
