Bad customer service

They I'll treated me from the time I came in until the time I left. That's the service I got in exchange for wanting 2 front tyres and a wheel alignment. A 45 min job that took over 4 hours. I called the receptionist to book and she was just appalling. Not wanting to speak to me and rather busy talking to others while on the line with me. The workshop guys just threw my tyres as they handled it and my rims were inside. They did not handle it with care and ended up bumping the 2 rims together which caused a major noise and then just looked at me with a smile. Even when they shoved my rim onto the balancing machine. They threw it down so hard my heart sank I would of swear it broke inside. They were very unprofessional. No water available for customers to drink. No proper seating arrangements, no air. Would not recommend this place to anyone. While the guy was busy with my car for 2 hours he just up and left to attend these other customers that just arrived and wanted balancing and I had to wait an extra hour and a half for him to finish attending their query. No communication from the receptionist. All she does is sit on her phone and laughing and when I approached her and asked about this issue as I have already been here 2 hours she went to the guy and came back telling me that I need to wait. I was in total dismay as I am too in customer service but have never in my 15 years of customer experience seen anything like this. It was a traumatic experience to say the least. All because they didn't see me as an important customer and I guess because my business is not valued. Maybe if I bought 4 tyres instead of 2 they would have cared.
