Tyremart Gezina Poor Service

Tyremart Gezina takes on more customers than they are built to handle and then all those customers have to suffer. I spent in excess of R10000 with them for 4x New Tyres, took the car in @ 07:30 (after booking it the previous day) and instead of "while you wait" service like normal tyre places, they have this stupid numbering system in place, called an uber, went to work, and after not being phoned for 6 hours, I came there @ 13:30 only to find that wheel alignment had not even been done yet. I had to take my car just like that to another fitment centre to finish the job and they did the wheel alignment for me in 30mins flat. In all my years as a driver, I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service at any tyre fitment centre, EVER as with Tyremart Gezina. Stay Away!!
