Terrible service & attitude

I am so disappointed in their service. Did a complete clutch kit August 2018. Have a 12 month guarantee on this. Since day 1 the clutch has not been 100%. I have been to them more than 5 times!! They just adjust the cable or give me new quotes for something else!! They do not take responsibility for the ****ty work they do and then on top of it have a bad attitude! Once they receive payment from you they dont care about repairing it on your guarantee. They will check when they have time. Im so disgusted with their attitude and service. I dont think they should even be in service or tyreman should appoint well mannered staff who knows something about customer service. I refuse to allow them to repair my clutch. I want my money back!! Surely they can do a refund or I'll take this up further in court. I cannot return to them every second week witn a complaint about my clutch. Its unacceptable! And I paid R4000 for a complete clutch kit which is not functioning. No ways. I can't drive. There is no gears. On top of that my engine mounting also fell out yesterday. My motor has tilted backwards and damaged my manifold gasket. So who is going to replace that now? I just wonder.
