I have just realized that I was ********** at the Brackenfell Tyreman Auto Centre in August 2023. I drive a 2018 Hyundai Tucson 2.0 CRDi Elite AT and needed to have the following replaced: 1 x Stabilizer Line R/Side - R695 1 x Front Control Arm - R2500 1 x R/Rear Upper Arm - R2100 Wheel alignment toe set - R300

I have problem with the Front control arm now again and need to replace it again, having done 2 quotes on my own today, they both came out at just under R1200, meaning that I was charged double the price. I was not given the old parts, and I was told they only take cash. When I went to collect the car, I was told I needed to pay a bit more on the alignment as more needed had to be done(without my approval), their greed had taken over them. My biggest mistake was telling them how desperate I was to have the far fixed as I needed to drive to the Eastern Cape that weekend.
