Disgusting service: Tyreman Auto Centre

Please do not support this place. Their service is disgusting and beyond pathetic. My husband fitted 4 new tyres there on 25 July 2019 at a cost of R4196. Two of the four new tyres has a defect on it which is causing a major shudder while driving. These tyres are still under warranty. We sat there since 9am this morning trying to get a refund (to purchase better tyres at their shop) or trying to get a swap (and pay any cash difference). Their manager, Imraan, told us in no uncertain terms that he has no authority to do anything and told my husband to speak to the supplier directly. His role there as manager means absolutely nothing because he has no idea how to manage. Mrs Parker, the owner's wife, is so rude and has no client etiquette. She doesn't give you a chance to speak and shouts on the phone (she clearly doesn't care that she's speaking to a paying customer), but when I shouted back, she hung up on me. She undertook to resolve the issue by 2pm today, then turned around at 14h30 to say that there's nothing she can do until the suppliers re-open in January 2020. This is not customer service. They have no manner of dealing with customers and will sell you anything very quickly, but won't take responsibility when there are issues.
