Don't buy from Tyre Pro Ormonde

I bought rear shock absorbers from this shop and the owner(Afzil) failed to supply me with the shocks and promised to refund my money. Its been 3 weeks I have been trying to get my money and he refuses to pay back. I don't think this business is even registered but operates in a small shopping centre in Ormonde(South Of Johannesburg). I just felt I should warn people about such businesses that look legit in the eye, but **** people on their hard earned money.
