What a poor attitude and service

Last week on Monday I ordered a tyre from Tyre Mart, Inanda Rd, and paid for it by card; it was due to be delivered on Wednesday. Hearing nothing, I visited on Thursday and was told by Patrick that the tyre had not been delivered and he was not responsible. All he did was make excuses and deny blame! He was quick to offer me a refund and did not even bother to reverse the card transaction but produced cash instead. There was no attempt by Patrick to be positive and produce a good service and I was happy to leave with the refund, even though I was still without a spare. But I gave Patrick the benefit of the doubt, thinking that there must have been a complication of which I was unaware. I decided to pop into Supa Quick, Pinetown, to see if I might have more luck -- and there I certainly received better service, which is the subject of my next review.
