Unprofessional Service

I went to Tyre Mart at Allen’s Neck on 2/1/24 enquired about 2 Michelin tyres which I was assured they will get on the 3rd by 13:00. I called twice on the second call they advised I can come thru to have the tyres fitted. On arrival they removed the old tyres and 10 minutes later Desmond comes to me to say they only delivered 1 tyre and now we cannot have the tyres fitted. I expressed my unhappiness and dissatisfaction with his service and all he could say is he is sorry. Does not consider my inconvenience of leaving work early or even all my unnecessary time and petrol spent. I highly disappointed in the overall service and the fact that he is not even concerned of how much of an inconvenience they have caused. I would like to have a full explanation of what went wrong and how they will avoid this from ever happening again not just to me but other clients as well.
