Tyre Mart North Rand Road- disgusting service and work ethic

I recently replaced all my tyres at Tyre Mart North Rand Road. The next day I returned as my Tyre was completely flat. I was told that I had a crack in my rim and that they could repair it for me. I paid R1500 to repair it only to have the same problem after driving my car again once lockdown was over. When I took it back they told me that they got an xray done again and that I now had a crack in a new place on the same rim. When I asked to see both xrays I was told that they will fix it as they could not show me proof that it was cracked in a different place.

4 days later I was called and told that I must now drive to Edenvale to collect my rim as they will not be fixing it as it now has a new issue. They still cannot show me the 2 xrays and I now need to take time off work to drive from Boksburg to Edenvale as they will not bring my rim back to the place where I originally dropped it off to be fixed.

Shocking service!!!!
