Tyre Mart- Braamfointein **** their customers

The Braamfontein branch is ripping customers off. Last week I went for wheel alignment and was made to pay extra for the Caster adjustment which I later learned is in fact part and the package of the alignment costs, I have since made a formal complaint to them and they just ignored my concern by saying we will call you back. I have further written to the Main FB page- it is over 4 days with no response. The arrogance is appalling... this treatment/conduct needs to be reported to The Ombudsman. Shocking
