Tyre Mart

If you value your safety do NOT let Tyre Mart work on your car. I bought shocks as they were over 3k more than I could get them for. So then I take them to get fitted and get a snotty attitude from the manager. Obviously because I didnt buy the shocks from them. A job that was supposed to take 2 hours ended up taking 2 days. They send me home day 1 with no wheel alignment done and something seriously loose front right. After taking my car back 3 times for a knocking noise that started after they replaced shocks. They couldnt find the issue. Eventually get hold of the owner and his attitude is even worse. Realised Im not going to get anywhere with him I contacted head office. They didnt exactly chomp at the bit to help out. After I was told that I would have to take it to another branch which was 100kms away I had no choice really. They didnt even offer a fuel voucher,zero follow up calls to find out if the problem was sorted or not. Get to the branch to sort out what the issue is…the technician tells me they fitted the springs on the shocks upside down. They totally *****ed up the fitment and have marks on the inside of car’s body due to them not fitting it correctly. Tyre Mart can definitely take a swan dive and would definitely NOT advise anyone to use them
