Takes no responsibility for their work

I visited this workshop to repair 3 wheels that were buckled and one tyre that had a nail in it. Upon removing the nail we were advised that a repair was not required. The tyre ran flat after leaving Tyre Mart and unfortunately I was not aware due to the low profile of my tyres. Upon returning to Tyre Mart to advise that my steering wheel was rattling, I was first told there was no issue and the rattling of the steering wheel was normal, and then the brakes were the fault. After checking my tyres they discovered the tyre that had the nail in it was flat and shaven on the inside as I had driven it whilst flat. After advising them that it was on their advise that the tyre was not repaired, the employee **** and said they had done tests to ensure there were no leaks. My partner and I were present and saw that no checks was done. After advising the sales person of this he then said it is normal that they dont check tyres if the whole doesnt "look deep". Tyre Mart took no responsibility for me driving out of their workshop with a faulty tyre and losing a perfectly good tyre. I was forced to pay the full cost for a new tyre. After giving them a considerable amount of business and following their faulty advise I was shocked at how terrible the attitude was dealing with this matter. I would not recommend them.
