Poor Service and *******

In September 2024, I visited Tyremart Oudtshoorn, as I lived there at the time. I bought 2 new tyres for my car. Those tyres were to be fitted on the front wheels, the old front wheel tyres were to be put at the back, and the best tyre from the back was to be kept as a spare.

The tyres were fitted while I waited in the waiting room provided at the location. The wheel covers were not put on back properly leading me to lose 2 wheel covers as I moved to Upington. Only when I checked by the boot as I already moved to Upington (No other people had access to my boot after Tyremart) my jack was also missing.

I would like to warn people against Tyremart Oudtshoorn, as the staff are *******, and the quality of supervision is poor. If it was overseen properly, my covers would not get lost, and my jack would not be ******!
