NEGLIGENCE AT TYRE MART VINCENT - REAR TYRE LOCK LOST BY WORKERS

I Noxolo Jobo - is FURIOUS about the way i was treated at HI-Q Vincent East London. Today the 19 Feb 2019, I went to purchase 4 tyres , at Tyre Smart AKA HI-Q in Vincent. I was assisted by a white guy who took my keys and gave them to the guys who are changing tyres. Shortly after that they came requesting my NUT-LOCK in order to use for the tyres. I gave it to them as I always keep it in my bag. After some time they have CHANGED MY TYRES - the same guy that at the reception came and told me that the lock on my rear left trye is not there. and I know it was there when I arrived there. They should have told me that before they changed my tyres so that I can be aware and nobody can take it out without a nutlock that I always keep with me.

And they all insisted that their guys will not lose my lock as they work with them everyday. I know that no-one can take out my lock without the nut-lock that I just gave to them. They cover for their workers instead of trying to assist and check with all of them - that is NEGLIGENCE on their side

I WILL never go back to them for any kind of help in future as they have cost me this much - I paid for the tyres and I was just not happy that i lost my lock in the process. Becareful of these companies as they look after themselves only. i will also tell ALL MY FAMILY FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES NOT TO SUPPORT THEM IN FUTURE DUE TO THIS ENCOUNTER. I HATE THEM WITH PASSION !!!!!! I NEED MY NUT TO BE REPLACED BY THEM AS THEY HAVE LOST IT IN THEIR FIRM!!!!
