Horrible service at Tyre Mart Sandton Lourens.

Tire Mart in Sandton Lourens is the worst ever. I bought a car battery from them on 18/10/2019. The battery failed on 31/12/2020 but it still had warranty so I took it back to them for testing and possible replacement. Here are the issues I picked up from them. 1. They did not have batteries in stock, so this meant my car will not start again. 2. They did not follow proper procedures on how to jumpstart my car. They kept pluging the negative terminal on the negative point on the battery instead of pluging it on the provided earth point on the car. This could have killed the car's electrical components. 3. They kept jumpstarting using old batteries that did not provide enough power to start-up my car. This caused my car to show multiple warning and malfunction errors on the dashboard. 4. They removed a battery while the engine is running. This could easily have damaged the computer box and other electrical components on my car. My car's manufacturer sends a strong caution against doing this. My car could develop issues from their incompetence and cluelessness. I will never ever recommend them to anyone.
