GREAT OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM TYRE MART CLANWILLIAM

This 5 stars goes to the manager Lino Swartz and his staff of Tyre Mart Clanwilliam. From 24th December 2024,when I visited this outlet,after an unpleasant experience on a very bad road, I was treated with respect, dignity and very professional. So much so,that I left my damaged wheel and rim with them,waiting on the insurance company to approve my claim. On 31 December 2024,I went back to have my wheel replaced and everything else that has to be done. I experienced the same highest level of service, from the manager to the staff ,who each one did his best part on my wheels. It was done in a very short time and before my car was delivered,the gentleman, who did the wheel alignment, tested my car,making sure,that everything was perfect. Service par excellence. Great job Lino and your dedication staff. I hope that Tyre Mart,as a national company, will give your shop the recognition you rightfully deserve. Keep up the good work.
