Extremely bad Tyres

After losing two tyres due to a pothole I went to Tyre mart in Secunda. They recommended there own tyre brand royal black as per them its a great tyre and never get combacks. Tot even 1 month and 1000km later I hit a bump in the road and ( not a pothole) and the tyre deflated. I went back to get it fixed thinking the valve poped. To my surprise I was told the tyre burst on the fire wall. The advised that they never get this problem but cant replace the tyre as it was damaged looked like it was stabed from the outside and there is nothing they can do. After wanting to lay a complaint the manager advised that I should not blame the tyre " they never get complaints" that the onlything they can do is send it back to the factory and give me a report of the findings which was two weeks ago, Even after phoning them to asking for the report and still waiting for them to get back to me.

Do not ever buy these tyres I Lost R1600 for buying a tyre with a defect lasting 1000km and they dont seem to care. How many clients must go through is? My question if i was driving 120km/h and that tyre bust what could have happened?
