Disgusting service and poor professionalism

Absolutely disgusting professionalism from Tyre Mart Allens Nek. I bought a battery in August 2021 from Tyre Mart Allens Nek . 10 months later the battery had failed to start my vehicle. I returned to Tyre Mart Allens Nek with the battery hopefully to get an explanation why. When arriving I was met by one of the salesman. On explaining to him the problem, he told me to bring the vehicle for them to test the vehicle. I asked the salesman how am I supposed to bring the vehicle if it is not starting with the current battery, he had no answer. The salesman went to speak to his manager on what to do next with the battery. He came back with a battery tester and tested the battery. Upon finding out that the battery is dead, he gave me a new battery. I requested the original slip to keep as I still have the remainder of the warranty, but was refused to be given back the slip and was told I cannot claim again if the new battery is faulty. After asking the salesman can you please show me on the terms and conditions where it states that after I claim once for a new battery, the warranty falls away and I cannot claim again. He said it's a deal made between the dealer and retailer. After a few words exchanged we finally received my slip back. I am very frustrated and disappointed by the level of expertise and knowledge entrusted to people working at a massive chain outlet. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT ARE MORE COMPANTANT.
