Car messed up after fitting 2 new tyres. Dont go there!

UPDATE: Leeann is clearly a ****, first claims i wanted cheaper tyres now claims i knocked it over the curb. I went back in less than week to alert them. Clearly emotional, no threats were made! No idea what she is talking about i have proof of all communication. Iv already bought new tyres but the fact that she cant even admit to handling this poorly is shocking. She simply avoided me even after i followed up, no one ever bothered to call, made me run around to different branches. This is unprofessional and disgusting. Just because you have good reviews does not mean you don't get things wrong.

I Fit 2 tyres, have been there over 3 times, I was sent to do shock tests at n1 city and had to go from n1 city to milnerton to get them done with Greg. My car has been driven at all 3 tyre marts and the shocks are fine. As you know my car is only on 35000 km. The last time I was there your mechanic and Chad himself did say they could also feel a bumpy ride.

Ever since I came and had the 2 tyres fitted my car has never been the same. Every ride is bumpy, jerky and has never been smooth again. I literally hate driving my car now. Balancing was checked, wheel alignment finally done after my 3rd visit which was not down on my first visit when the tyres where fitted.

The pressure on those tyres is flat every week, at each tyre mart on the same day recorded different pressure.

Iv done everything you have asked me to, all I asked for was to get better quality tyres. I can’t there 3/ 4 days and then every week after that. I did mention I was open to topping up for good tyres.

I phoned a week after my last visit Chad said you would still get back to me. It’s been 2 weeks since my last visit. If no one is planning on assisting for you to take the tyres back after all the running around I was made to do then please state so.

At each tyre mart that i visited the tyres were of different pressure. I even attached photo's for you to see a visible bulge in the tyres. So if this is not a fault or a manufacturing issue what is it, and how do you as the seller assist with this issue or is your solution to ignore this?

It's funny how you resort to saying that i asked for the cheapest tyres? Did Chad tell you that? As i specifically remember at my first visit that i called my friend to confirm if this was the normal price of tyres both he and i were shocked that they were so cheap. This was the first time in 5 years having an issue with tyres, so i was not aware that for that size there are different types of tyres neither did your staff bother to explain this. At which point in our discussion was i alerted in the difference in tyres within each size? At no point in time was i told or recommended to get certain tyres over others, in fact after you made me run around for nothing claiming its my shocks, (not even getting to the fact that you sent me off to troubleshoot with a person that cant even drive or doesn't drive at my second visit ) when did we have a discussion about different types of tyres? in fact he initially said there was no stock of my size. Since you think this is about price, why have i been asking to pay for more expensive tyres even agreeing to change all 4 as your staff recommended at my last visit? Or is this you undermining your client as you clearly did by promising to get back to me and not bother to do so in almost a month??? its been over a month no one bothered to call me, You honestly think i care about money or is that just the only thing you can say after giving me the run around for every single thing including something as simple as getting feedback?
