Breach of Contract and Sale of counterfeit tyres

I have recently purchased 4 brand new tyres from Tyre Mart in Boksburg, East Rand. The owner of store Julian offered me the set over the phone on a special they were running on social media. I accepted the quote and promptly took my car in to have these fitted.

The tyres were fitted and graciously left my old ones in store and paid in full the amount set. 4 days later however I had to pump air into my front left tyre as it was flat. I did so twice before I was told that my brand new tyre had a puncture and that it was beyond using a patch up job. It had a defect on the side of the tyre, it had a hole in it. According to my warranty I could then take it back for exchange or investigation and I did so within 6 of the 7 days that was stipulated.

Julian took my tyre in and promised he would send it in for investigation. He gave me an old tyre that was not the same size and older than what I had bought. to use while he investigates. Long story short it has been 4 months and he refuses to give me a new tyre and keeps saying he will call me back and never does. My problem is that he has breached the warranty rules and in the process sold me defective tyres. To this day I have not heard from except when i give his store a call.
