Bad service and attitude

used to deal with Tyremart in Sasolburg, but definitely not anymore. Jaco was always helpful and tried to do his best for his customers, but unfortunately the same cannot be said for John. I requested a price, and got my son and law to drive from Potchefstroom to put on 2 or maybe 4 tires and do his wheel alignment. It started off with me leaving a message after trying to contact Jaco. Message was left with John. I thought the number I have belongs to Jaco. I never received a call back. I phoned back later. Today I asked for a pin to be send so I can direct my son. Nothing happened. Checked on your website and saw operating hours til 13h00. At12h20 when he arrived,the business was closed. I tried a few times to phone, sent sms`s and whatsapp`s. The number I have , I saved a previous time on my phone...***. Eventually I got hold of John and was rudely informed the website is wrong, he is not on duty and he only got to his phone. A lie unfortunately, as one can determine at what time a message was delivered and read. It is a pity that the actions of one person can leave such a bad taste in the mouth and will certainly ensure that I never want to business at any place where he is involved.
