Bad service

I went to Tyre Mart Phalaborwa on the 6th of Jan'23 to do wheel alignment on my Hilux. When I paid for the service they informed me that the caster and camber was not done as this will cost an extra R1000.00. This is the first time I have ever encountered that any service provider of this sort is doing this, every supplier i went to this was included and it sure wasn't R1000 extra to this, as the vehicle is already on the machine and this can be adjusted just by loosening the cam bolts and lock them back into position again, not worth R1000 labour. Very bad service from such a franchise.
