Atrocious service

Took my car in 9 o'clock for a loud noise from the front left wheel. Was told that the car would be ready by 1. I called at 12: 50 and was told that the car would be ready by 1:30. Arrived at @ the workshop by 1:30 and found the car was on the machine for wheel alignment and after 5 minutes the car was taken off the wheel alignment machine because there was another car before me. Waited for a while again and my car went back on the machine. Once the wheel alignment was sorted out I drove the car from the workshop. After a few seconds the abs brakeslight ewent on. Reverend the car back into the workshopand safter waiting for a while again was told that the bearings were fitted the wrong way around. Waited again until the bearings were fitted correctly. I am very very disgruntled and disappointed. First time at that workshop and definitely will not return again. Time was against me because i had to take my son to a matric farewell. From 9 o'clock driving the car into the workshop and then was told it would be ready @ 1 and then @ 1:30 and then at 2:30 i only drove out there at 4:30.
