Poor service and non compliance to guarantee at tyrehouse modimolle

Bought nankeng all road all hazard bakkie tyres. Less than 5000km later the centre thread of both rear tyres become damaged/tearing off. Took it back to Tyre house modimolle as have guaranteed Nankeng tyres. 1. Refused to grant me the guarantee, did not even suggest to contact Nankeng representative, blatantly refused and not accommodating at all. 2. Does not even have stock of the Nankeng guarantee tyres so as to replace when clients bring back products for claims .
