Refuse to Refund a defective tyre

They dishonestly supp**** an old and defective tyre and are not refunding me.

I was assisted by Tyre Emergency ZA on Christmas day due to a pothole wrecking my tyre. They were very responsive and accommodating at first.

The technician struggled to get the new tyre sealed on my rim and they used plastic inside the tyre to try get the seal right. But there was a bubble present on the tyre wall. I questioned the bubble, and I was told that my rim is damaged.

I have since checked at a reputable tyre store and the rim is fine. The reputable tyre store had a look at the tyre supp**** by Tyre Emergency ZA and they found that the tyre was defective and I had to replace it.

I made an enquiry to Tyre Emergency ZA and they initially said they'll consult thier technical team. Since then, nearly two months later, I have not heard anything, and I have made multiple attempts to contact them. They are MIA
